Cyber bulling?
Cell phones are a site for cyber bulling, with Facebook mobile, and texting, rumors get around. Both victims and the bullies are having emotional and mental health problems. Some people say they are kidding when they say stuff but the other person might not take it as a joke. Some people may say they are going to do something and the other person might believe them, even though it may be a joke. And on Facebook some people post about their “drama” and then the person who is involved knows it’s them and sometimes it makes them feel bad.

School Security
Many parents enjoy the security of knowing their teenagers has a mobile phone in his or her backpack and argue that mobile phones are invaluable for arranging transportation or handling an emergency. They help with contacting parents but if teenagers keep taking the phones in school, teenagers won’t get them taken away. Then parents know that their children have the phones. Even though schools have their rules not all kids follow them.
Is it disrupting?
Cell phones distract kids in school and in the car. It is disrupting teachers when the ringtones are going off. Texting is a big addiction for teenagers and once they begin driving they can’t put the phone down. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, in the state of New York, troopers issued over 800 tickets for texting alone. From the facts, I believe that teenagers should turn their phones on vibrate and silent so they don’t disrupt any other students trying to learn. Also teenagers should put their phones down while driving to prevent tickets and accidents.
